A lifelong Kansas City resident who grew up in Roeland Park, Kevin Fossland has been a part of the local restaurant scene for more than 25 years. Guests might recognize Kevin from his days at Hannah Bistro, Bluestem, Story and JJ’s. Kevin has long been an advocate for not only local restaurants but also other local purveyors, promoting farm-to-table sources as well as Kansas City spirits and beer. As part of his quest to provide guests their next best meal, Kevin focuses on the elements that transform a delicious dish into a wonderful dining experience, from the finer points of personalized service to the perfect pairing of a glass of wine.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with many great chefs around town, and my goal has always been to create the atmosphere and hospitality to perfectly complement their cuisine. Having grown up in northeast Johnson County, I’m especially excited to be contributing to the growing culinary scene in this part of town.”
