Kristi Burns has been a devoted member of Kansas City’s hospitality industry for nearly three decades. Her career started at Grand Street Café and eventually led to a tenure as CEO of the historic Webster House in downtown KC. When Webster House permanently closed its doors due to the uncertainty of Covid-19, Kristi doubled down on her dedication to her hometown’s beloved restaurant industry, committing herself to helping it rebound. Having worked in Prairie Village several years before, she was thrilled to get the opportunity to return to a neighborhood she loves and build a restaurant that they would be proud to call their own.
